Appropriate for all levels, yoga is practiced at a slow pace, focusing on long holds, stillness, and deep breathing and has many calming and healing properties. This class will meet you where you are and provide gentle stretching while focusing on de-stressing through the breath. Join PT Lisa Minn as she guides you from a seated or standing position.
