To Life! Therapy & Wellness brings the gym to you. Our mobile outpatient Therapists help you achieve your goals from the comforts of home. Our maintenance and prevention services are always one-on-one with a Therapist.
Our Therapists have specialized training in helping to combat frailty and can safely develop exercise plans that take into account any injuries, diseases, pain, or medical conditions.
Home & Safety Evaluation
Is it difficult to navigate around your home? We can provide a home safety assessment to make sure that you or your loved one is safe in their current home set-up.
We can also suggest durable medical equipment and home modification recommendations to keep you safe and independent within your home This will be completed by our Occupational Therapist, who is also a Certified Living In Place Professional.
