Classes 

Our unique classes are designed by Physical Therapists with your needs in mind. We offer fun classes for the Aging Body such as:

 

  • Tai Chi for Health

  • Strength Circuits

  • Better Balance

  • Bone Health! Steady & Strong

  • Cardio Circuits

  • Yoga for Flexibility

  • On the Move! to improve walking.

We also offer fun group classes for people with Parkinson’s Disease, MS, Spinal Cord Injury, Stroke and other Neurological Conditions. These include:

 

  • Neuro Tai Chi

  • Upper Body Cardio/Strength

  • PWR! For Parkinson’s

  • LSVT maintenance classes

  • Neuro Cardio/Strength Circuits

  • Drum Circle for coordination.

1:1 Training

Personal Training

It can be daunting to walk into a gym without any guidance or supervision. Our Physical Therapists and trainers are experts in working with Older Adults and people with Neurological Issues and can devise an exercise program specifically for you.

 

You will never be alone in the gym to figure things out - we always supervise and adapt to adjust for your needs of the day. 

Senior Physiotherapy

1:1 Yoga

Yoga will get your muscles working and energy flowing.

 

Each session begins with a short meditation to shift focus to the body and breath. Mindful movement will emphasize proper body alignment, core muscle activation, stability and balance. We incorporate breathing techniques to enhance focus, and every class will conclude with a restorative posture for deep relaxation.

Kundalini Yoga Meditation

1:1 Tai Chi

Tai Chi is an ancient martial art proven to improve balance, strength, coordination and breath support, with very gentle, slow movements. Tai Chi can be practiced standing or sitting and is wonderful for any population.  

We offer 1:1 Tai Chi, Group classes (both virtually and in person), and Group Neuro Tai Chi for our members who have more specialized balance needs (virtually and in person).

Health & Nutrition Coaching

We develop specialized individual menus that provide balanced nutrients to achieve weight gain and weight loss. This includes food purchasing, prepping, and educating aging adults. The result is an empowered client whose diet leads toward his/her goals, which can include better health and better sleep.

 

Health & wellness coaches partner with clients to enhance their well-being through self-directed, lasting changes, aligned with their values. We believe in clients’ capacity for change, recognizing that each client is an expert in his/her own life.
