Is it difficult to navigate around your home? To Life! Therapy & Wellness can provide a home safety assessment to make sure that you or your loved one is safe in their current home set-up. We can also suggest durable medical equipment and home modification recommendations to keep you safe and independent within your home This will be completed by our Occupational Therapist, who is also a Certified Living In Place Professional.
