Service Description
This class will get your joints moving, muscles working and energy flowing. Each session begins seated in a chair for a brief mental exercise to shift our focus into the body and bring awareness to the breath. We will then add movements to mobilize the joints and get the blood flowing, practice seated and standing postures that will build strength, flexibility and balance. Class will conclude with resting poses that can be done seated or lying down for deep relaxation. (Side effects may include improved mood and better sleep!) Mondays at 9:30am, ongoing
