Take a standard yoga practice and add the strength component of weight training. This class is for someone who has practiced any type of yoga previously. This class is designed for people with bone density issues, flexibility issues or just wants to get stronger. Perfect for squeezing a little boost of energy into the busy week! Can be completed seated or standing. Wednesdays at 9:30am, ongoing
